| Four Points Coutryard
The courtyard is surrounded on all sides by classroom buildings. The sidewalks from each corner all converge at the center of the courtyard, creating an "X." The grass is kept a lush green and various trees are scattered around the courtyard, providing some much needed shade between classes.

| Classrooms
You gotta get to class sometime, right? Classrooms are typically left unlocked while only the outside doors to the buildings get dead bolted after ten o'clock at night. However, if you're good at hiding, you may be able to avoid the nightly sweep.

| Campus Library
For the studious, the library's the place to be. Plenty students come here for some extra reading time between classes, or to cram for a test. During midterms and finals, the library is incredibly crowded and you may have to fight for a spot.

| Villa d'Or
Located directly on the beach front, these apartments are definitely on the more expensive side, but the unlimited view of the ocean front is worth it. Facing the west, these apartments have an incredible view of the sunset. They are two bedroom, two bath apartments and contain a spacious kitchen and luxurious living room.

| Parkside Apartments
Located right along side the Chelsea Park, apartments are a little more affordable for the college student. In fact, a large majority of the apartments are students that attend Abbey University. If you wander around on Thursday or Friday nights, you're bound to find multiple parties making their mark.

| Alpha Phi Sorority House
Alpha Phi's house is located beach side just slightly outside of the Malibu city limits. The gorgeous double storied house has older architecture, although the inside architecture is updated with the newest appliances and modern luxuries. Each room has its own adjoined bathroom and the house mother does the shopping for the house mates. The attic has been converted into a spacious room, usually reserved for the president of the sorority.

| Delta Chi Fraternity House
The Delta Chi house is located a few blocks south east of the Alpha Phi house. Although it is not quite beach side, it is located in an upscale residential neighborhood. Much like the other greek houses, it has five bedrooms in the house. Each room has an adjoined bathroom and a spacious kitchen is located on the downstairs portion. They usually throw their parties in the basement, seeing as they can get quite loud

| Delta Gamma Sorority House
The Delta Gamma house is nestled into the cliffs about a five minute's drive from the Abbey University campus. The house has somewhat of an aspen charm since it is nestled more into the wildlife of the untamed hills. A large fireplace roars when the nights get chilly during the winter. Two rooms are located downstairs and three are located upstairs, each rooming two sisters.

| Sigma Pi Fraternity House
The Sigma Pi house is a couple block's walk from the campus, but this two storied house is much more run down than the rest of the greek community's respective houses. Since they lost their charter three years ago, the house has never been quite as maintained as it was in its prime years. The grass needs cutting and the paint on the walls is peeling, but there's some incredible potential in the old architecture.

| Delta Zeta Sorority House
Since this sorority is much more concerned with academics than social activities, they are located a block away from the campus's library for easy access. The three rooms on the upper floor share two bathrooms while the two downstairs share one

| Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity House
Although they are the newcomers to the campus, the Zeta Beta Tau brothers were able to find a little gem nestled in the Malibu's residential mansions. The five rooms are big enough to hold at least one more person each, but the fraternity has limited the living accommodations to two brothers per room with each having an adjoined bathroom.

| Leo Carillo Campsites
A campsite located fifteen minute north of Malibu, Leo Carillo has become a popular campsite with Abbey's student body. With the campsites located in the woody hills, the sites have a natural camping feel. All it takes is a five minute walk under a bridge, though to get to the beach's famous Leo Carillo tidepools. Be careful, though. The bridge is said to be haunted...

| Malibu Center
Just a bus ride away from campus, the mall has just about any store you can imagine. Abercrombie and Fitch to Hot topic to PacSun and so on. Whatever your shopping needs, you can more than likely satisfy your spending addiction here.

The best place to catch some sun, Malibu's beach boasts some of the softest sand and cleanest water around. From time to time, you might even be able to see some dolphins swimming offshore.

Although this night club is known for it's slightly risque clientele, they are known for having some of the best go-go dancers around. It is also the closest to Abbey's campus

| Ten Pins
Malibu's resident bowling alley, the prices generally stay low for the college students. A very popular arcade is also located inside for people to get their fill of Dance Dance Revolution or Street Fighter.

Sin is generally known as the "It club" around Malibu. Many celebrities frequent the club, and they always have the best guest DJ's around. You have to carry a lot of influence to get in here, though, because the guest list tends to be a long one.

| Chelsea Park
A popular park located adjacent to the Parkside Apartments, Chelsea Park can be heavily populated with children during the daytime, but becomes a college student's dream during the night hours. Just hope that no cops catch you.

| Malibu Cliffsides
Etched in the untamed hills are small dirt trails, open to the public. They are great for those boring days when not much else is going on. During the night, college students tend to trek up to find a safe spot to drink away from authorities. Beware of the local wildlife, though.

| Santa Monica Pier
One of California's trademarks, the Santa Monica pier has been featured in movies before. It juts out into the Pacific Ocean and you can see it from miles away since the lights from the rides and games are hard to miss. Just a short car ride out of Malibu, it's a designation spot for dates.
